摘　　要：目的:观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效。方法:治疗组50例,用丹红注射液治疗;对照组50例,用川芎嗪注射液治疗。观察并比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效及用药期间的不良反应。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:丹红注射液治疗脑梗死有效、安全,且疗效优于川芎嗪注射液。OBJECTIVE： To observe the curative efficacy of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. METHODS： 50 patients （trial group） were treated with Danhong injection, while another 50 （control group） with Chuanxiongzine injection. The neurologic impairment score, clinical efficacy and adverse effect were compared between the two groups. RESULTS： The therapeutic effect of treatment group was higher than in control group. CONCLUSION： Danhong injection was proved to be safe and effective in treating cerebral infarction and its curative efficacy was superior to Chuanxiongzine injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
