奥沙拉嗪钠口服加复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察奥沙拉嗪钠口服加复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效及复发率，采用随机双盲对照设计进行临床试验，分为奥沙拉嗪钠组、复方黄柏液组和复合组。奥沙拉嗪钠组27例，500mg／次，3次／a，口眼；复方黄柏液组29例·每晚1次，每次100ml，保留灌肠；复合组30例，用奥沙拉嗪钠口服和复方黄柏液保留灌肠同时进行，剂量和方法同前两组。三组疗程均为30d。结果显示。奥沙拉嗪钠组显效13例，有效8例，无效6例，总有效率77．8％，复发7例（25．9％）；复方黄柏液组显效9例，有效]3例，无效7例。总有效率77．9％．复发12例（41．4％）；复合组显效21例，有效8例，无效1例，总有效率96．7％，复发1例（3．3％）。经统计学处理，三组间交叉对比分别为X^2=0．014、X^2=3．92、X^2=4．68。前两组间总有效率无统计学意义（P〉o．05），奥沙拉嗪钠组和复方黄柏液组与复合组间总有效率比较差异显著（P〈0．05）。结果表明，奥沙拉嗪钠配合复方黄柏液灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎具有显著疗效。In order to observe the effects of olsalazine sodium plus compound Huangbai liquid on chronic colitis three groups of cases were treated with the olsalazine sodium or the compound Huangbai liquid respectively,their efficacy and recurrence rate in the treatment of the cases were observed by using randomized, double blind and control study. The 27 patients in the first group took olsalazine sodium 500mg three times daily. The 29 patients in the second group were given enema with compound Huangbai liquid 100ml once every night. The 30 patients in the combined group received the two therapy methods, at the same time and with the same doses and methods. The treatment lasted for 30 days in the all three groups. After 30 days,in the group with olsalazine sodium,13 cases were of distinct response,8 cases were of efficiency,6 cases were of ineffiency,the total effective rate was 77.8%,7 cases recurred（25.9%） in the group with compound Huangloai liquid,only 9 cases were of distinct response, 13 cases were efficiency, 7 cases were in-effiency,the total effective rate was 77. 9%, 12 cases recurred（41.4%）in the combined group, 21 cases were of distinct response,8 cases were of efficiency, l case was of ineffiency,the total effective rate was96.7%,1 cases recurred（3. 3%）. Total effeetive rates in former two groups were no differences （P 〉0.05） ; significant differenees in the first group and the second group with the combined group （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that the therapy of olsalazine sodium combined with compound Huangbai liquid has significant effect.
