摘 要:血流动力流变学在评定机体的心血管功能方面有着十分重要的意义.通过对有训组和无训组儿童少年无创性实验的观察,发现两组间多项血流动力流变学参数有显著差异,分析提示运动训练可以明显地提高和改善心血管系统机能,但某些指标如每分心输出量、血液粘度、总周阻等,在安静状态下无显著改变.心血管功能的这种变化,反映了机体对运动训练产生了良好的适应性反应.Blood rheodynamics is significant in evaluating cardiovascular functions.The present study conducted a non-traumatic test on teenage subjects which were divided into training group and no- training group.The results show obvious differences between the two groups in several blood rheodynamic indices.Analysis suggests that training and exercise discernibly improves cardiovascular functions.On the other hand,no obvious changes occurred in such indices as minute volume,blood viscosity and total peripheral resistance under resting conditions.It can be seen from the changes in cardiovascular functions that training and exercise results in better adaptive responses.
