安徽省2005年至2007年出生缺陷监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解安徽省出生缺陷发生情况,找出监测中存在的问题,提出干预措施。方法对2005年至2007年全省出生缺陷监测的35万多围生儿中发现的3127例出生缺陷资料进行分析。结果我省3年平均发生率为94.81/万,低于全国水平。3年来出生缺陷发生率呈上升趋势,农村出生缺陷发生率高于城镇,报告缺陷以体表畸形为主。结论加强培训与指导,提高监测质量;加大对农村围产生神经管畸形的预防力度。Objective To describe the incidence of birth - defect in Anhui province, to find the problem during the observation of birth - defect, to propose the intervention measure. Methods The sample included 3127 birth - defect perineonate who were diagnosed among more than 350,000 perineonate in Anhui province. Results The average incidence of birth - defect in our province was 94.81 per ten thousand, and which is lower than rest of the nation. The incidence of birth - defect was observed to have increased over the past 3 years. The rural birth - defect incidence was higher than urban incidence. Body surface birth - defect was the major birth - defect. Conclnsion Enhance the training and guidance to improve the quality of the observation. Increase efforts to prevent neural tube defect in the rural area.
