ZZ-ⅡD型肛肠综合治疗仪治疗静脉曲张性外痔90例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用ZZ-ⅡD型肛肠综合治疗仪治疗静脉曲张性外痔的方法与效果。方法回顾性分析2006年10月至2008年7月我院采用高频电钳治疗外痔90例的临床资料,并与传统切除法进行比较。结果治疗组创面愈合时间为24.05±2.12天,对照组为27.70±2.35天;治疗组术后水肿发生率为5.56%,对照组为17.78%;治疗组疼痛VAS指数为2.46±0.35,对照组为4.23±0.53。经统计学处理,两组指标差异均有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论应用ZZ-ⅡD型肛肠综合治疗仪治疗静脉曲张性外痔,具有创面愈合时间短、水肿发生率低、疼痛VAS指数低等优点,是治疗静脉曲张性外痔的首选治疗方法。Objective Explore the method and clinical result of treating external hemorrhoids by using ZZ - Ⅱ D high frequency electric clamp. Methods Reviewed and analyzed the clinical result in 90 cases of external hemorhoids treated by high frequency electric clamp （ treatment group ） , and compared with 90 cases treated with traditional dissection method （ control group） , in our department during 10/2006 to 7/2008. Results The healing time in treatment group was 24.05 ± 2. 12 days, while the time of control group was 27.70 ± 2.35 days. The frequency of edema after surgel7 in treatment＇ group was 5.56% and control group was 17.78% ; In addition, the pain index VAS in treatment group was 2.46 ±0.35 and control group was 4.23 ± 0.53. Based on the statistic analysis, the indexes in these two groups showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, treatment group clearly better than control group. Conclusion Clinical observation showed that high frequency electric clamp has much more advantages as fast healing, slight pain, less swelling, less bleeding, etc. The effect of high frequency electric clamp external hemorrhoids is safe, effective and feasible.
