摘  要:采用扫描电镜和显微硬度计测试了Cu-Mn合金奥贝球铁齿轮啮合后表面显微组织与硬度的变化情况。结果显示:石墨球数高达480个/mm2,石墨球径为1.5μm,石墨大小为8级,球化率达97%。等淬后经回火处理,残余奥氏体的体积分数接近30%,上贝氏体约为70%,白亮区近乎消失。齿轮啮合后其表面残余奥氏体转变成马氏体组织,表面显微硬度高达852HV,显著提高了齿轮的耐磨性和使用寿命。The microstructure and hardness variations of the meshed tooth surface of Cu-Mn alloyed ADI gear were tested with SEM and micro-hardness tester. The result showed that the graphite nodule count was as high as up to 480/mm^2, nodule diameter was of 1.5μm, nodule size was of grade 8, and the nodularity was as high as 97%. After having been isothermally quenched and tempered, the content of retained austenite was near to 30%, the upper austenite was of about 70%, and the bright structure has ahnost vanished. After having meshed, the retained austenite in the tooth surface layer transformed into martensite with the surface mierohardness as high as 852 HV that obviously increased the wear resistance and working life of the gear.
