深冲用2B06-O铝合金板材的工艺研究

摘　　要：试验研究了退火温度、保温时间、冷却方式对2B06-O铝合金板材组织及深冲性能的影响,确定了合理的成品退火工艺制度。结果表明,按照确定的工艺制度生产的板材经用户深冲加工试验无裂纹,能满足用户的使用要求。The effects of annealing temperature, holding time, coolant condition on microstructure and deep drawing properties of 2B06-O aluminium alloy sheets were investigated. Reasonable annealing process systems were determined. It results indicated that deep drawing process testing according to definite technical system products sheets without crack, in order to meet the user＇s operation demands.
