摘　　要：目的:大孔树脂提取法提取栀子有效部位的工艺对比实验,利用洗脱方式的不同来达到最佳的提取工艺条件和方法,为大孔树脂提取法提取栀子有效部位大生产提供实验依据。方法:以栀子苷含量为指标,对正、反洗脱方法提取栀子有效成分的含量测定以及乙醇用量来筛选栀子苷的最佳大孔树脂洗脱条件。结果:反向洗脱乙醇用量比正向洗脱节约30%。Objective： To provide scientific evidences for the large-scale produetion of jaminoidin with macroporous resin, through the comparison of different eluting methods. Methods： With jasminoidin as the indicator, the different ways of reverse uluting and normal eluting in the extraction and determination of effective component were compared, and the optimal condition in the extraction of jasminoidin with macroporous resin was studied. Resulls and conclusion： Reverse-eluting can save 30% of ethanol compared with normal eluting in the extraction with macroporous resin.
