摘  要:在冬季和南方地区,由于大雾车辆常常碰撞,造成大量人员伤亡和交通堵塞,交通部门迫切需要一个能够及时观测道路气象环境状况的仪器,用来提醒驾乘人员注意安全;文中介绍了气象环境监测控制器(自动气象站)实时监测高速公路环境的温度、湿度、风速、风向、能见度、压力、雨量等气象要素的软硬件设计方法,并将这些采集的数据通过GPRS上传到监控中心供气象专家对大雾等天气情况进行分析、预报;该系统自投运以来一直工作稳定,为交通气象部门提供了实时数据,提高了道路的通行能力,保障了道路交通安全。In the winter and the southern region, vehicles often are collided due to dense fog, resulting in extensive injury and caused traffic jams, traffic departments an urgent need for the environment instrument of a timely meteorological observation road state , used to remind occupants staff safety. This paper describes the hardware and software desiging methods of the meteorological environmental monitoring controller (AWS) in the realtime acquisition and monitoring of the highway environment temperature, humidity, windspeed, wind direction, visibility, pressure, rain and other meteorological factors, and the data collected apply fog analysis and forecasting through these GPRS uploaded to the monitoring centre for meteorological experts on weather conditions, this system certainly revolves and has come work to have been stabilizing for traffic to provide real-time weather data, and improve the capacity of the road, a road safety protection.
