摘　　要：本文针对开放教育中,学生由于工作或其他原因不能随时随地学习的实际问题,对"移动教辅——短信互动"和"多媒体课件制作及发布"手机移动学习平台的构建进行了研究和探索,以期提升与丰富已有的学习资源和学习机会,使开放教育更好地适应学生学习的需求,适应开放教育人才培养模式的需要。As the problem of students work or other reasons can not be learning when and where they wanted to in the opening education, this paper we study the construction of the phone mobile learning platform for ＂ mobile teaching SMS interactive＂ and ＂ multimedia courseware production and distribution＂. The purpose is to enhance and enrich existing learning resources and learning opportunities for the opening education can meet the needs of students to learn better, adapt to the open mode of education personnel training needs.
