摘　　要：以保罗.罗默的经济增长理论为依据,推导出最优财政支出结构模型,并运用我国31个省市面板数据对模型作了实证检验,发现现阶段我国地方政府财政支出结构不尽合理,有必要对地方财政支出结构进行进一步优化,使其最大限度地促进经济增长。Based on Paul M. Romerg theory of economic growth, this paper deduces a model for optimal fiscal expenditure structure and makes an empirical test of the model using panel data for 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. It is found that fiscal expenditure of local governments lacks rationality and it is neeessary to further optimize the structure, enahling it to promote economic growth to the largest possible degree.
