摘 要:应用BSG方法对淫羊藿属(Epimedium)8个种的Giemsa C带进行了比较研究。结果表明,有15~22条C带,包含着丝粒带、端带、中间带、中间随体带等类型;根据带纹数目和位置,8个种可分为三类:Ⅰ类是E.sagitta-tum,显示的C带最少,仅有15条;Ⅱ类是原产德国的E.alpinum和E.pubigerum,显示的C带较少,均为18条;Ⅲ类是其余的5种,即:E.acuminatum、E.simplicifluom、E.wushanense、E.leptorrhizum、E.davidi,这类植物显示的C带数目较多,不少于20条。The C-banding patterns in 8 species of genus Epimedium (15erbendaceae) were studied ana compared by a modified BSG technique. Results showed that the C-banding patterns of 8 species studied in this paper were different,respectively with 15 to 22 bands,consisting of centromeric bands,intercalary bands, terminal bands and the middle satellite C-bands. Based on the number and location of the bands, the tested 8 species can be divided into three groups : Group Ⅰ comprises E. sagittatum, with only 15 C-bands;Group Ⅱ , E. alpinum and E. puberginum native to Germany ,with 18 C-bands;Group Ⅲ ,E. acuminatum, E. simplicifluom, E. wushanense, E. leptorrhizum and E. davidi, with the C-band number from 20 to 22.
