假糙苏属两种植物的染色体数目研究

摘　　要：首次报道了假糙苏属两个种的染色体数目,分别为:刚毛假糙苏Parap hlomishispida C.Y.Wu2n=2x=34;假糙苏P.javanica(Bl.)Prain 2n=2x=34,染色体基数为17。而糙苏属染色体基数为x=10和11,因此支持将假糙苏属作为独立的属。In this paper, chromosome numbers of two Paraphlomis species were reported for me nrst time. The chromosome numbers of the tested two species, Paraphlomis hispida and P. javanica, are the same, namely 2n = 2x = 34 and their basic chromosome number is x = 17, which is different from x = 10 or 11 for Phlomis. Therefore, our results indicate that Paraphlomis and Phlomis are different genera, respectively.
