摘　　要：目的了解河南省农村中学生自杀相关行为情况及影响因素,为采取相应干预措施提供依据。方法分层随机抽取河南省4个省辖市39所农村中学学生8316名,进行青少年健康相关行为问卷调查。结果在调查前的1a中,学生产生过自杀意念、企图自杀和自杀未遂报告率分别为24.10%,7.53%和1.95%。重点中学学生自杀意念报告率(26.40%)高于非重点中学(21.78%),大家庭中学生自杀的报告率最低,单亲家庭和父母均缺失家庭中学生的自杀相关行为报告率明显高于其他类型家庭。有自杀相关行为的农村中学生伴有不良心理-情绪障碍、静态活动相关行为集聚现象。结论应重视中学生自杀相关行为的预防控制工作。Objective To investigate current status of the suicide behaviors among the rural middle sehool students in Henan provinee, and to provide evidence for making interventions. Methods An anunymous questionnaire survey was eondueted among a stratified sampling of 8 316 students from 39 middle schools of 4 cities in Henan province in April to May, 2006. Results The prevalence of suicide idea was 24.10%, suicide plan was 7.53% and attempted suicide was 1.95% during the 12 months preeeding the survey. The prevalence rate of suieide idea among ke） school students was 26.40% and non-key school students was 21.78%. The prevalence rate of suicide tendencies of extended family children was lowest , the single-parent family and no-parents family were higher than other families. The students with suicide tendeneies collected poor psyehologieal/emotional disorders and inactive behaviors mote than others. Conclusion Government and society should pay attention to the suicide behavinrs in rural children.
