摘 要:本文通过采用单因素试验和正交试验考察不同因素对荷叶总生物碱提取量的影响,从而探讨微波辅助提取荷叶中总生物碱的最佳工艺。结果表明:微波辅助提取荷叶总生物碱的最佳条件为:pH2.5HCl、微波765W辐照2.5min、固液比1∶40、浸提3h,荷叶总生物碱提取量为175.95μg/g,与热回流提取6h、索氏提取10.5h的结果接近。因此微波辅助提取技术应用于荷叶总生物碱的提取,具有省时、高效、节能等优点。In order to study the optimal process of the extraction of total alkaloids from lotus leaves with microwave assistanting method,the signal factor experiment and orthoganal experiment were carried out to investigate that the different factors affect the yield of extracts. The results showed that the optimal conditions for extraction were summarized, pH 2. 5 HCl, microwave with 765 W radiation time for 2.5 min , ratios of material to solvent 1 : 40 ( g/mL), extracting time for 3 h. The content of total alkaloid from lotus leaves is 175.95 μg/g which is the same with heating and refluxing extracting time for 6 h or Soxhlet' s extracting time for 10.5 h. So the microwave assistant extraction can extract more total alkaloids from lotus leaves in shorter time with less energy.
