摘  要:电火花表面强化技术是通过电火花放电,将电极材料熔渗到基体材料表面,使该基材的表面物理化学性能和机械性能得到改善。针对传统的电火花表面强化技术存在强化效率低、强化层厚度较薄等问题,探讨了一种新型强化设备的强化特点和将来发展的方向。本文介绍了电火花表面强化技术的基本原理和工艺特点,概括了电火花强化设备、理论研究的发展和现状,分析了该强化技术的在机械、航空、船舶和电力行业的广泛应用并强调了在电力行业的重要应用尤其是汽轮机转子材料,并指出了其今后的研究方向和发展趋势。The electro-spark surface strengthening technology makes electrode materials melted on the surface of matrix materials to improve the superficial physicochemical performances and mechanical properties of the matrix materials by spark discharging. Because there are some problems with the typical electro-spark surface strengthening techniques, such as low strengthening efficiency and thin strengthening layer, a new device for electro-spark strengthening and the application prospect of the device were discussed. The basic principles and characteristics of electro-spark surface strengthening techniques were introduced, and the development and present situation of the devices and theories for electro-spark strengthening were summarized in this paper. The extensive application of electro-spark surface strengthening technology in some important fields was analyzed. At last, the development tendency was pointed out.
