摘 要:利用GC/MS法分离检测荆防散、单味药荆芥和防风的活性挥发油成分,采用交互移动窗口因子分析法(AMWFA)对药对与单味药活性挥发油成分的共有组分进行解析、定性,采用总体积积分法定量。研究结果表明:荆芥、防风和荆防散鉴定的化合物数目分别为36,29和42个,定性组分含量分别占荆芥、防风和荆防散挥发油总含量的81.80%,82.62%和85.98%;荆防散与荆芥、防风的共有活性组分分别为22和14个;荆防散的挥发油成分主要来自荆芥。Comparison analysis of common active constituents, between recipe Jingfangsan and its single herbs Herba Schizonepetae (HS) and Radix Saposhnikoviae (RS), was performed by GC-MS and the method of alternative moving window factor analysis (AMWFA). In total, 36, 29 and 42 volatile active components in essential oil of HS, RS and Jingfangsan were respectively determined qualitatively and quantitatively, accounting for 81.80%, 82.62% and 85.98% total contents of essential oil of HS, RS and Jingfangsan, respectively. The results show that there are 22 common active constituents between Jingfangsan and single herb HS, and 14 common active constituents between Jingfangsan and single herb RS. The volatile active components of Jingfangsan in number are almost the sum of that of two single herbs, and are mainly from single herb HS.
