超声在滑囊滑液囊肿诊断中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声在滑囊滑液囊肿中的诊断价值。方法回顾77例经手术或穿刺活检证实为滑囊滑液囊肿的声像图资料,分析其特征及漏误诊原因。结果固有滑囊滑液囊肿52例,超声检查完全符合49例,诊断符合率为94%;附加滑囊滑液囊肿25例,超声检查完全符合22例,诊断符合率为88%。结论高频超声在滑囊滑液囊肿的诊断中具有其优势。Objective To explore the value of high - frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of synovial cyst.Methods Seventy - seven cases of synovial cyst were confirmed by operation, pathology results and puncturation biopsy, then their sonograms feature and misdiagnosis reasons were retrospectively analyzed . Results In 77 cases, 49 of 52 synovial cyst were detected （49/52,94%）, 22 of 25 additional synovial cyst were detected （22/25, 88% ）. Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography is an important method for diagnosis of synovial cyst and has it own advantages.
