无肾盂积水输尿管结石的超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声在无肾盂积水输尿管结石诊断中的价值。方法对反复肾绞痛、血尿,超声检查无肾盂积水的61例患者的输尿管各段逐一仔细扫查。结果超声首次检查漏诊输尿管结石21例,经复查结石位于膀胱壁内段狭窄部50例、腹段4例、盆段1例。结论对无肾盂积水但伴有肾绞痛、血尿者,超声能检出、确定结石部位,作出准确诊断。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for ureterolith without hydronephrosis.Methods Sixty one patients who had renal cohc, hematuria and without hydronephrosis were enrolled in this study, all segments of ureter were examined by ultrasound. Results Twenty one cases were missed at the first time by ultrasonography, after re - examination,the calculus was found in 50 cases at the intramural segment of ureter,4 cases at abdominal segment,and one case at pelvic segment.Conclusion Ultrasound is an accurate method to diagnose ureterolith for patients with renal colic , hematuria and without hydronephrosis.
