严重意识障碍患者康复治疗方案的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨严重意识障碍患者规范化的康复诊疗方案。方法:观察综合康复治疗对25例严重意识障碍患者意识状态的影响,治疗方法包括:继发性脑积水的管理、阻碍意识恢复药物的调整、中枢神经兴奋剂的应用、感觉刺激、康复护理及对症支持治疗等。结果:经过2个月的综合康复治疗,25例严重意识障碍患者有9例患者转为清醒,综合康复治疗能够使脑损伤患者意识障碍得到显著的改善。结论:对阻碍意识恢复不利因素的正确管理是严重意识障碍规范化康复诊疗方案的基础。Objective：To explore the canonical rehabilitation program in patients with severe consciousness disorder. Method：Twenty-five patients with severe consciousness disorder were observed. The clinical treatment and rehabilitation program consisted of management of secondary hydrocephalus, modification of drug with sedative effect, central nervous system stimulants, sensory stimulations, nursing and etc. Result： After two months of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, 9 of 25 unconscious patients got awake, consciousness of partial patients with brain injury improved significantly. Conclusion：The correct management of impeding consciousness recovery factors is the important base of canonical rehabilitation program for patients with severe consciousness disorder.
