摘 要:采用二次通用旋转组合设计方法,用水作为溶剂,在不同的提取温度、提取时间和溶剂体积的条件下,对桂花叶总黄酮进行提取试验,建立三元二次回归方程并进行分析。对三因素的不同水平搭配组合,应用计算机进行模拟试验得到93=729个数据,由此推求最佳设计方案。结果表明:以水为溶剂,提取温度91~100℃,提取时间50~60 min,溶剂体积50~60 mL,可达到最佳的提取效果。。Experiments were executed on extraction of total flavone from Osmanthusfragrans leaves under different temperatures, extraction duration and solvent volumes, using water as solvent by quadratic current spinning combination design method. According to the experimental data, an ternary quadratic form regression equation was built and analyzed. A simulate test to different leaves of three factors was did with computer. The results showed that the optimum scheme of flavone exaction form O. fragrans leaves was at 91 - 100℃ duration of 50 - 60 minutes and solvent volume of 50- 60 mL
