摘　　要：燕赵文化是河北区域内的主流文化,蕴含着中华民族文化的基本特征,勇武任侠、慷慨悲歌、变革进取、开拓创新、兼收并蓄、海纳百川是燕赵文化传承千年的优秀文化精髓。建设河北先进文化,要深刻认识燕赵文化的两重性,在努力克服其文化中所固有的保守意识、京畿意识、崇官思想、内陆文化等特征的同时,积极赋予它们新的与时俱进的时代特色,要不断改革和创新,把文化建设与经济发展结合起来,引进竞争机制,树立法治观念,建设开放、创新、和谐的河北先进文化。Yanzhao culture, the mainstream culture in Hebei province, contains primary characters of Chinese nationality and its tradition. The marrows of Yanzhao culture boast of bravery, generosity, innovation, pioneering and inclusive spirits. To build advanced Hebei advanced culture, we should recognize the double-edged features of Yanzhao culture. While overcoming such weaknesses as conservatism and thought of flattering officials, we should carry out reformation and innovation keeping abreast with the time. We should combine the cultural construction and economical development and introduce competitive system and legislative concept to build an open-minded, innovative and harmonious culture.
