湖北省2007年晚期血吸虫病人救治工作的核查分析

摘　　要：目的对2007年度晚期血吸虫病(简称晚血)救治工作进行核查与分析,同时审核下年度全省晚血救治对象。方法按照《湖北省晚血救治工作核查方案》,随机抽查已救治在册晚血病人、查阅救治病案资料、审核新增晚血病例等。结果2008年晚血病人救治数确定为4911例,腹水型占72.94%、巨脾型占26.43%、结增型占0.55%、侏儒型占0.08%。新发现晚期病人881例,男女比例2.1∶1;平均年龄55.1±2岁,最长者84岁,最小是8岁。结论①新增晚期的发病年龄多集中于中壮年龄组,与人群重复感染和当地的疫情有关,并且为近期新发与历史复发新晚血病例的共存状态。②注重湖沼垸内地区人群化疗质量和覆盖面是减少晚血患病率的基本措施。Objective To investigate and analyze the treatment of advanced schistosomiasis in 2007, and to verify the number of the advanced schistosomiasis patients for next year. Methods Accourding to 《The program of investigation of advanced schistosomiasis in Hubei》,to randomly confirm the patients of advanced schistosomiasis being treated in the past,to study the case report of the treated advanced schistosomiasis and check the newly found patients. Results In 2008, the total number of advanced schistosomiasis were 4 911,72. 94% , of them ascites type, 26. 43% , mega losplenia type, 0. 55% ,dwarf type,0. 08% and the colongranulorna type 0. 55%. The newly found cases were 881, the ratio for male and female was 2. 1 ： 1, The average age was 55.1 ±2 years old, the oldest being 84 and the youngest, only 8 years of age. Conclusion （1）Most of the newly found cases were middle-aged, they were repeated infection, and also related with the degree of the endemic. （2）The quality of chemo-therapy and the coverage of treatment should be further promoted so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of the advanced schistosomiasis in early period.
