大学生输血传播病毒感染与乙型肝炎病毒感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解输血传播病毒(TTV)感染与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染在大学生中的现状,探讨TTV感染对HBV感染的影响。方法采用ELISA法检测血清乙型肝炎病毒标志物(HBV-M)、抗-TTVIgM及抗-TTVIgG,用巢式PCR(nested-PCR)技术检测血清TTVDNA,用速率法或终点法检测TTV、HBV感染者血清肝功能指标,用SPSS13.0软件对各组肝功能检测结果进行分析比较。结果TTVDNA阳性率为17.0%(29/171),HBV感染率为10.4%(121/1163),TTV/HBV重叠感染占HBV感染17.4%(21/121)。TTV/HBV重叠感染者肝功能损害最重,HBV感染者次之,TTV感染者不明显。结论大学生中存在一般水平的TTV感染和TTV/HBV重叠感染,TTV感染与HBV感染没有相关性,TTV协同HBV致病,促使TTV/HBV重叠感染者肝损加重。Objective To understand the current situation of TTV and HBV infectionamong young students ; and to discuss the impact of TTV infection on its HBV counterpart. Methods Serum markers of HBV-M, anti-TTV IgM and anti-TTV IgG by means of ELISA were used ; serum TTV DNA through dyadic nest PCR （nested-PCR） technology were detected; serum liver function index of TTV and HBV infected people were determined by way of rate or destination law; and finally, an analytical comparison of the detecting results via SPSS 13.0 software was performed. Results TTV DNA positive rate accounts for 17.0% （29/171） ,while HBV infection rate stands at 10.4% （121/1163） ;TTV/HBV double infection takes up 17.4% （21/121） among HBV infected people. Patients with double infection of TTV and HBV suffer the most severe damage to their hver function, followed by HBV infected people, with the least apparent manifestations observed among TTV infected people. Conclusion An ordinary level of TTV infection and TTV/HBV double infection exist among young students;and there is no correlation between TTV and HBV infection. TTV acts as ＂accomplice＂ to HBV in causing disease, aggravating the damage to the liver of patients suffering double infections of TTV and HBV.
