摘　　要：分析了某化工厂锅炉硅铁混合垢的组成;设计了一种复配清洗剂,其溶垢速度达0.26mm/h;并研制了相应的复合型缓蚀剂,金属腐蚀速率小于1g/(m2.h);将复配的清洗剂和相应的复合缓蚀剂应用于工业锅炉清洗,取得了很好效果。The composition of mixed scale containing silicon and iron formed in a boiler was analysed. Cleaning agent, corrosion inhibitor and technical process for the magnetic scale were designed The dissolving speed of the magnetic scale in the cleaning agent was up to 0. 26 mm/h, while the corrosion rate of the metal in the cleaning agent with the corrosion inhibitor was less thanl g/（ m^2·h）. Good effectiveness was obtained in applications to industrial boiler.
