摘　　要：古代蒙古族在千年的历史中形成了法制与宗教相结合的司法体制,具有明显的草原气息与帝国情结,是文化冲突与融合的产物,培养了民族自己的法律思维方式和特有的法律内容。Ancient Mongolians formed the justice system combined law with religion in the history of thousand years, which had the obvious prairie style and empire complex. It was the outcome of cultural conflicts and integration, and it nurtured its own national legal way of 1 thinking and its special content of law.
