Corrosion Behavior of Electrodeposited Nanocrystalline Ni-Fe Alloy Coatings in Alkaline Solution

摘  要:通过脉冲电沉积的方法制备纳米晶Ni和Ni–Fe镀层,采用浸泡法和电化学的方法研究了镀层在10%NaOH溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:在纳米Ni中加入适量的Fe可以提高其耐蚀性能。Ni–7.72%Fe合金镀层的耐蚀性能高于纳米Ni,而Ni–12.65%Fe合金镀层耐蚀性与纳米Ni的相当。在Ni–Fe合金镀层中,耐蚀性随着铁含量的增加而降低。在10%NaOH溶液中,所有镀层的Tafel曲线上均可观察到钝化区,表现了很好的耐蚀性。The nanocrystalline Ni and Ni-Fe coatings were fabricated by pulse electrodeposition process. The corrosion behavior of nanocrystalline nickel and Ni-Fe alloys in 10 %NaOH solution were investigated by soak and electrochemical polarization method respectively. The experimental results indicated that the nanocrystalline Ni with certain Fe content could improve the corrosion resistance. The Ni-7.72 %Fe coating had the best corrosion resistance than the Ni coating. The corrosion resistance of Ni-12.65 %Fe alloy coating was as good as Ni coating. The corrosion resistance of Ni-Fe alloy coatings decreased with the increase of Fe content in the alloy. Passive areas were found in the Tafel curves, so all coatings showed good corrosion resistance
