摘　　要：在不影响自动售检票系统正常运营的前提下,对7×24h运行的中央计算机系统进行一票换乘的升级改造,存在很大的技术难度和风险。介绍了改造上海轨道交通3号线中央计算机系统的技术方案及其实践过程,包括搭建临时过渡系统、新旧中央计算机系统并行运行、旧中央计算机系统下线改造后切换上线运行等关键步骤。Under the precondition of zero affection on AFC normal operation, there are bigger technical difficulties and risks in the alternation and updating of the central computer（CC） system, which operates on 7 × 24 hours. The practice procedures and technical schemes of alternating the central computer system of Shanghai metro Line 3 are described in this paper, including some key steps such as the estableishment of a temporary transition system, the parallel operation of the new and old systems, the alternated old system and its new operation, etc.
