摘 要:为了给高能炸药提供钝感剂,以提高其安全性能,用甘氨酸、苯甲醛和C60等为原料合成了2-苯基[60]富勒烯吡咯烷衍生物(产物1),探讨并获得了产物1的适宜合成工艺条件:反应物C60、苯甲醛和甘氨酸物质的量之比为1∶4∶6,温度为105℃,反应时间为14 h,此时产率可达到75%(以消耗的C60计)。用FT-IR(傅立叶变换红外光谱)、UV-Vis(紫外可见光谱)1、H-NMR(核磁共振氢谱)和MS(质谱)表征了产物1的结构,初步探讨了产物1对HMX(奥克托今)的钝感作用。结果表明,产物1对HMX具有明显的钝感作用,添加质量分数为1%的产物1可使HMX的摩擦感度降低到33%,撞击感度降低到48%。This paper intends to introduce an indirect method for synthesizing a fullerene ramification,a kind of insensitive agent to be used in rocket propellant technology.The method here we are going to introduce is to synthesize 2-phenylfullerene pyrrolidine(product 1) by using primary chemical substances,such as glycin,benzaldehyde,and fullerene,etc.The synthesis process developed by us has been done in the following synthesis conditions:(1) Moore ratio of 1∶4∶6, (2) the temperature of 105 ℃, (3) the reacting time of 14 h, (4) the product1 ratio is 75%(based on consumed C60).The structure of the fullerene ramification to be synthesized can be characterized by UV-Vis,FI-IR,MS and 1HNMR,whose insensitive effect on HMX tends to be revealed initiatively.Thus,compared with that of pure HMX,the friction sensitivity and impact sensitivity of HMX with 1% product 1 tends to drop to 33% and 48%,respectively,with the safety of the high-energy explosives well improved.As is known,solid propellant is a chemical power supplier,which is commonly used in modern sophisticated weapon systems though its explosives are still liable for explosion hazards.With the development of varied propellants with high specific impulses and explosive addictives of high-sensitivity,the security control of the propellant production process is of great importance to be attached to.In order to ensure the safety and reduce accidents,the insensitive research of explosives has been widely done by the academicians and weaponry experts both at home and abroad.
