摘  要:矿仓中硫精矿自燃会引起一系列环境和安全问题。采用红外测温仪器,在实验室测定硫精矿堆的自热温度,分别在不同环境条件和测量方式下对硫精矿粉的表面温度进行测量,找出实验过程中影响红外测温仪精确度的外界环境条件、使用方法及人为因素。结果表明,环境条件中的温度、湿度对红外测温仪的测温效果有较大的影响,一般应选择在低温低湿的环境下进行测量;同时,在测量过程中应尽量保持光束与测点垂直;另外,红外测温仪的测量距离不宜超过1 m。将红外测温仪测得的硫精矿堆表面温度作为计算硫精矿堆内部温度分布的初始条件,应用数值分析软件可以模拟出硫精矿堆的自热温度场,以便及时预报硫精矿堆的自燃。As is known,spontaneous combustion of concentrated storage of sulfide ore in ore-bin is likely to result in a series of environment and safety problems.The current application of infrared thermometer is generally believed feasible for detecting such spontaneous heating phenomena.To solve the problem of spontaneous heating,this paper has designed a measuring type of our own,and have measured the temperature changing situations of concentrates storage of sulfide ore independently under different environmental conditions in different measuring patterns.Comparing the experimental data and finding some influential factors on the accuracy of the infrared thermometers,such as the environmental conditions,the operating patterns of application while investigating human errors,we have done careful analysis of the factors and decided how they influence the result.Among the chief influential factors,temperature,humidity,measure mode and measure distance should stand paramount.All of them can lead us to choose right ways to use infrared thermometer in practice.However,the best measuring condition is low temperature,low humidity,vertical beam under the condition to keep the measuring distance within one meter.Another important problem is to find some way to create a nice measuring environment.And finally,we have worked out a simulated model by using a numerical analysis software in hoping to predict and find the spontaneous combustion in time by taking the concentrate storage of sulfide ore surface temperature by infrared thermometer as initial condition to work out the internal temperature distribution,and the spontaneous heating temperature field.
