摘　　要：为强化安全工程师职业道德的培养,从道德问题的敏感性和处理工程伦理问题的技巧入手,将伦理教育引入职业道德教育,使安全工程师在道德层面上恪守客观公正的执业要义,并分析他们因遵守职业道德规范所遭受的非正义压力情形,提出建立职业投诉机制。针对树立生命安全的责任观,提出唤醒安全工程师对生命敬畏教育和关怀伦理教育,构建了以"道德规范驾驭职业服务"的安全工程师职业道德培养机制,并给出了职业道德培养的有效方法。This paper is dedicated to the discussion on the importance of behavior impartiality for safety engineering workers,which should be regarded as a primary standard of their occupational ethics.Based on the study of ethics and the ways in dealing with problems on public safety engineering ethics,the paper intends to divide safety engineer＇s professional ethics into professional education of the safety engineering workers unconditionally abide by social justice and impartiality and ways of how to analyze and fight against social prejudice and injustice pressure to promote social justice and equality.It is for this purpose that the paper has analyzed problems and origins of the troubles they are likely to confront when they try to abide by their occupational criteria and their professional prosecution principles so as to successfully get rid of the social pressure and prejudice to protect themselves as well as their own clients.Furthermore,based on the safety life responsibility,the paper has put forward a longterm educational programs on how to respect their professional career and cherish their ethic standards by integrating ethic restrictions into self-professional awareness to heighten their own social consciousness and determination to turn themselves to meet their social morality and sense of social justice to serve the people wholeheartedly,which would help them to strengthen the cultivation of their professional ethics and enhance their role as a social guardian in the development of safety work.First,Finally,it makes the suggestions to constitute the cultivation mechanism of safety engineer＇s ethics in term of ＂ethics code rein occupation service＂ and puts forward available methods of cultivating occupational ethics.
