摘　　要：采用4-氨基安替比林显色,用721分光光度法测定V_(B6)制剂的含量,可代替751紫外分光光度法测定V_(B6)的含量。该方法简便、快速、成本低廉、结果准确。This paper studies the determination of Vitamin B_6 with 4-amino antipryine as the chromogenic reagent by using 721 sepectrophotometer instead of 751 spectrophotometer. The method has been proved to be simple, rapid and cheap. The analytical results are satisfactory.
