德尔菲法探讨乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作评价指标体系

摘　　要：[目的]探讨免疫规划工作综合评价的方法,拟建立评价四川省乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作的指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲法(Dephi法)确定评估乡镇卫生院计划免疫工作的指标体系。通过第1轮专家咨询修改指标体系,筛选指标、修改指标的具体表述;在第2轮咨询中采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。[结果]第1轮、第2论咨询的专家积极系数分别为96.4%,91.5%。专家权威系数为0.9052,协调系数为0.495,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。通过两轮咨询建立了包括5个一级指标20个二级指标的乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作的综合评价指标体系。[结论]德尔菲法与层次分析法对于建立免疫规划工作评价体系有较好的实用价值。[Objective] To establish a index system for the evaluation of Immunization Plan of To Township Health Centers in Sichuan Province. [ Methods ] The Delphi method was used to establish and assess index system. Screened and chose indicators and modified specific description of indicators with expert advice in the first round; Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） was used to identify the weights of indicators. [Results] 96.4%, 91.5% experts responded to the evaluation sheet in the first and second round of expert advice. The mean of authority modulus was 0.9052, the harmony modulus was 0.495, the Chisquare test result showed it had significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. The index system was established including five first - class indicators and twenty second - class indicators. [Conclusion] Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process are proved to be practical for establishing EPI evaluation indicators.
