摘  要:[目的]研究二氧化氯消毒医院污水中粪大肠菌群数、细菌总数的主要影响因素及其灭菌效果。[方法]多因素正交实验,以ClO2投加量、污水温度、接触时间、pH值等工艺参数作为实验影响因素;单因素实验,对ClO2投加量(2、4、6、8、10、12mg/L)、污水温度(10℃、20℃及30℃)、接触时间(5、10、30、60及90min)的灭菌效果实验。[结果]ClO2灭菌效果随着ClO2投加量的增加、污水温度升高、接触时间延长而增强;ClO2消毒剂在医院污水治理中影响因素的主次顺序为:ClO2投加量、污水温度、接触时间、pH值。最佳工艺参数为:ClO2投加量8~10mg/L、污水温度20℃~30℃、接触时间为30~60min时,医院污水中细菌总数和粪大肠菌群数的去除率均达到96%以上,其中pH值对ClO2灭菌效果的影响较小,可以不必考虑。[结论]二氧化氯消毒医院污水的灭菌效果好,达到GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。[Objective] To research on efficacy in sterilizing hospital effluent through chlorine dioxide and the major influential factors on the number of fecal coliform and bacteria. [ Methods] Multi-factor orthogonal experiment in which such technological parameters as dosage of ClO2, effluent temperature, contact time, pH were regarded as factors affecting the experiment. Single-factor experiment was carried on sterilizing efficacy by ClO2 dosage of (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 mg/L), efflu ent temperature (10, 20 and 30%) and contact time (5, 10, 30, 60 and 90 min). [Results] Sterilizing efficacy rose with the increase of ClO2 dosage, effluent temperature and the protraction of the contact time; the order of the primary and secondary factors influencing the treatment of hospital effluent with disinfectant chlorine dioxide was: ClO2 dosage, effluent temperature, contact time and pH value. Optimum parameters: ClO2 dosage 8-10 mg/L, sewage temperature 20% to 30%, the contact time was 30-60 min, the removal rate of total number of hospital sewage and fecal coliform bacteria reached 96%, impact of pH on the sterilizing effect of ClO2 was smaller, need not be considered. [Conclusion] Sterilization effect of chlorine dioxide disinfection on hospital sewage is good and reaches GB8978-1996 Sewage Discharge Standards.
