摘  要:[目的]了解海南黎族中小学生早餐现状及存在问题,为改善学生的营养状况提供科学依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法抽取海南黎族中小学生502名,利用自填问卷方法收集早餐情况资料,应用SPSS11.5统计软件进行χ2检验和logistic回归分析。[结果]1周内每天吃早餐的比例只有56.8%;学生的早上起床时间、对一日三餐中早餐重要性排位与1周内早餐进餐次数有关。[结论]黎族学生早餐就餐率低,提供合理的作息时间、开展营养健康教育、促进经济建设将是提高黎族中小学生早餐就餐率行之有效的方法。[ Objective ] To learn the breakfast status and main existed problems of the primary and middle school students of Li nationality in Hainan Province and provide scientific basis for improving their nutrition status. [ Methods] The method of stratified and cluster sampling was adopted. Questionnaires were answered bv the students to collect the data of their breakfast status. Used SPSS 11.5 to run the X^2 test and logistic regression. [Results] 56.8% of the students had breakfast everyday ; the time of the students, getting up in the morning and the awareness about the breakfast importance of the students were correlated with the times of their breakfast one week. [ Conclusion] The percent of having breakfast everyday of the primary and middle school students of Li nationality in Hainan Province is low, It is effective to increase, the percent of having breakfast everyday of the primary and middle school students of Li nationality in Hainan Province by providing reasonable work time. developing nutrition health education and promoting economy.
