语言沟通技巧训练和心理学教学对住院医师管理血液透析患者水平作用的研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过对住院医师加强语言沟通技巧和心理学方面的教学,观察对其管理血透患者水平的影响。[方法]20名住院医师随机分为实验组和对照组。在教学过程中对实验组医师进行语言沟通技巧的训练以及心理学方面的强化教学,比较两组住院医师的专业考试成绩,患者满意度,所管理患者的体重增加和SDS评分。[结果]轮转结束时两组医师的专业考试成绩均明显提高(P﹤0.05)。实验组医师患者满意度明显高于对照组医师(P﹤0.05)。实验组医师所管理患者的体重明显增加(P﹤0.05),SDS评分明显低于对照组患者(P﹤0.05)。[结论]在教学中对住院医师加强语言沟通技巧的训练和心理学教学可以提高对血液透析患者的管理水平。[ Objective ] To observe the influence of communication skill training and psychological education on the residents＇ management level in hemodialysis patients. [Methods] Twenty residents were divided into test group and control group. We intensified the communication skill training and psychological education in test group. We studied the difference between two groups about the confidence and knowledge on the diseases in doctors, as well as the compliance and mood in patients. [ Results] After training, the confidence and knowledge on the disease increased in the residents, especially in the test group （P 〈 0.05）. The body weight increased （P 〈 0.05）, compliance increased, and depression was released in the patients managed by the residents in test group. [Conclusions] The communication skill training and psychological education for residents may increase the management level in hemodialysis patients.
