摘  要:[目的]观察血清BNP、cTnI水平变化,探讨药物干预作用机制,为慢性心力衰竭的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。[方法]将60例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用心力衰竭常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪20mg,每天3次,两组均连续治疗4周,检测血清BNP和cTnI的水平变化。[结果]与治疗前相比,两组治疗后血清BNP及cTnI水平显著降低(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01);治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组血清BNP及cTnI水平也有显著降低(P﹤0.05)。[结论]曲美他嗪能明显降低血清BNP及cTnI水平,改善CHF患者的心功能,血清BNP及cTnI联合应用,可作为评价CHF治疗效果的监控指标。[Objective] By observing the change of serum BUP, cTnl level, investigating medicine interference mechanism, in order to provide a new path for the diagnosis and therapy of chronic heart failure (CHF), [Methods] 60 patients were divided into tow groups at random, one was treatment group including 30 patients, the other was control group including 30 patients too. The control group was treated by the rule therapeutic methods for heart failure, and the treatment group was treated with 20mg Trimetazidine besides the rule therapeutic methods for heart failure, three times every day, both of tow groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks, at last detected changes of serum BUP, cTnⅠ level. [ Results] Compared to pretherapy, the levels of serum BUP, cTnⅠ of two groups were significantly descendent (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) ; compared to control group, the, levels of serum BUP, cTnl of treatment group were significantly descendent (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion ] Trimetazidine can obviously lower serum BUP and cTnⅠ level to improve the heart function of the patients of CHF. So the united application of serum RUP and cTnI may be as a monitor marker to evaluate therapeutic efficacy of CHF.
