催化动力学光度法测定痕量锰──KIO_4-Mn(Ⅱ)-Phen-溴甲酚绿体系

摘　　要：基于在弱酸介质中，锰（Ⅱ）催化高碘酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿的反应，建立了动力学分光光度法测定痕量锰（Ⅱ）的新方法，方法的检出限为578×10－1gg／ml，测定线性范围为0～0.30μg／15ml，直接用于大米、面粉和自来水中痕量标的测定，均获得满意的结果。A new method has been developed for the determination of trace manganese based on that manganese catalyzes the oxidation of bromocresol green by potassium periodate. The detection limit for Mn (Ⅱ) is 5. 78 × 10-10g/ml,and the linear range of the determination is 0~0. 3 g/15 ml. Satisfactory results have been obtained in the analysis of trace Mn(Ⅱ) in rice, flour and tap water samples.
