摘 要:利用高功率脉冲固体Nd:YAG激光和空气等离子弧分别对4mm厚的5A06铝合金板材进行了切割试验。探讨了工艺参数对激光切割质量的影响,得出结论,激光功率、脉宽、频率和离焦量对切缝宽度影响较大,而切割速度、辅助气压的影响很小。通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察分析切缝宏观形貌及微观组织,结果表明,激光切缝窄细平直,垂直度0.28mm,切面波纹浅,没有明显的热影响区;与空气等离子弧的切割效果进行对比,后者切缝较宽,大约是激光切缝的4倍,切面易氧化,波纹较深,且切割面有大量微裂纹存在。The cutting test was carried out on the thickness of the 4 mm of 5A06 aluminium alloy using the high power solid pulsed Nd:YAG laser and air plasma arc.It was discussed that the influence of the technic on the quality of laser cutting,the re-sults showed that:power,pulse width and frequency had much influence on the kerf width,the cutting speed and the assistant gas pressure had little influence on the kerf width.The macro-appearance and the microstructure of the kerfs were analyzed through optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that:the laser kerfs were narrow,fine,flat and straight;the verticality was 0.28 mm;the ripples of the fracture surface were low;and there was no clear heat affected zone.Contrast to air plasma arc cutting,the kerf width of the latter was fourfold wider than laser kerfs,the cutting surfaces were easily oxidized,and the ripples of the fracture surface were deep.There were large numbers of cracks on the cutting surface.
