摘 要:对海水淡化反渗透预处理工艺——混凝澄清和超滤组合工艺进行了中试研究。在水质、水温差别较大的两个海域进行了海水混凝澄清和超滤组合工艺的试验,考察了海水混凝澄清效果与絮凝剂种类、用量的关系,比较了3种超滤膜的处理效果及其差异,同时,提出了超滤膜通量优化的简便方法。结果表明:该工艺对海水水质变化具有较强的适应性,产水满足反渗透进水要求;海水絮凝剂宜选铁盐,投加量和海水中胶硅含量成正比。In the pilot test, the suitability of the seawater desalination reverse osmosis pretreatment process, coagulation combined with ultra-filtration process has been studied. Two kinds of raw seawater very different in water quality and temperature are chosen as the feeding water, and then the relationship among raw water quality, produced water quality of coagulation and the coagulant dosage have been investigated. Then, the treatment effects and differences of the three kinds of ultra-filtration membranes are compared, and a convenient method for optimizing the flux of uhra-fihration membrane has been brought forward. The results indicate that the process is suitable for the two different kinds of feeding seawater, and the produced water could meet the influent water demands of the reverse osmosis. Polyferric sulfate and the ferric chloride are better for treating seawater as coagulant, and the dosage is directly proportional to the silica gel content in seawater.
