强化微电解去除中段废水中TOC和色度的研究

摘  要:采用强化微电解方法,对草类制浆造纸中段废水二级处理后出水进行深度处理试验,考察了pH、铁炭比、H2O2投加量和曝气气源等对其处理效果的影响。研究结果表明:在pH为3.0、铁炭比(体积比)为1.5、H2O2投量为50mg/L的条件下处理效果较好;温度能够加快反应速度;曝氧不仅能够提高反应效率,且节省H2O2用量;对Fe0-H2O2作用机理进行了探讨,试验结果表明强化微电解工艺深度处理此类废水有很高的去除效率和应用前景。The strengthened micro-electrolysis process has been applied to the advanced treatment of middle-stage wastewater from straw pulp paper making process. The effects of operational conditions, such as pH, Fe/C ratio, H2O2 dosage and gas resources, etc. have been investigated. The results show that when pH is 3.0, Fe/C volume ratio 1.5, and H2O2 dosage 50 mg/L, the temperature can make the reaction speed faster. Aeration can not only improve the reaction efficiency, but save the H2O2 dosage. The mechanism of Fe^0-H2O2 reaction is discussed. It proves that strengthened micro-electrolysis applied to the advanced treatment of this kind of wastewater has very high removal efficiency and application foreground.
