摘 要:采用电沉积法制备了新型Ni修饰钛基PbO2电极,并利用循环伏安曲线法(CV)对电极性能进行了研究。利用新型Ni修饰钛基PbO2电极为阳极,石墨电极为阴极,在实验室水平下对印染废水进行预处理,并对影响去除效果的各种因素进行了正交试验,从而确定了最佳工艺条件为:电解时间6h、电流0.6A、曝气量45L/h、硫酸亚铁投加量5.0g/L、极板间距50mm。在该工艺条件下,COD去除率为63.5%,且废水的BOD5/COD提高了48.1%。The new type of Ni-doped PbO2/Ti electrode has been prepared by electrodeposition and its performance has been studied through cyclic vohametry test (CV). The Ni-doped PbO2/Ti electrode is used as anode and graphite electrode as cathode. The printing and dyeing wastewater is pretreated under laboratory conditions. The factors that has effect on the removal rate are investigated by orthogonal experiments and the optimal technical conditions are made certain accordingly as follows :electrolysis time is 6 h, current density 0.6 A, aeration rate 45 L/h, Fe^2+ dosage 5.0 g/L, and the distance between electrodes 50 mm. The results show that electrochemical oxidation has higher COD removal rate(63.5%) and the biodegradability of the wastewater (BOD5/COD has been improved greatly by 48.1%).
