摘　　要：滨海休闲体育旅游事故的责任主体主要包括旅游者、旅游景区和景区休闲体育活动项目经营者,事故的责任认定主要是通过三者所具有的法律权利与应该履行的义务来确定。解决滨海休闲体育旅游事故的方式主要体现为协商与调解、仲裁和诉讼等。The main body of traveling accident responsibility in seashore leisure sports mainly includes the tourist, the traveling scenic spot and the leisure sports project operator and so on. The accident responsibility is mainly determined by the legal rights which the three parties have and their duties. The way of solving leisure sports traveling accident on the seashore includes consultation mediation, arbitration, lawsuit and so on.
