摘　　要：儒家思想博大精深,包含着丰富的育人思想。为了更好地对新时期的运动员进行培养教育,从3个方面对儒家人格理想与运动员的培养教育二者的关系进行阐述。结果表明:儒家人格理想的现实性、人格的层次性、儒家仁义、忠恕的行为规范对当代运动员的人格塑造、人格完善和行为调节皆有指导作用。Confucianism has extensive knowledge and profound scholarship. It contains abundant ideas about the civilization of people. To better the training and education in the new era for the athletes, using survey and study literature and logical analysis, the article elaborates the relationship between the personality of confucianists＇ideal and the civilization of athletes from three aspects. This article points out the reality and hierarchy of the personality of the confucianists＇ideal, the benevolence and up righteousness of confucianists and the rule of behavior about loyalty and consid- eration can all guide the establishment and improvement of the athletes＇personality. And they also have a great significance for the regulation of athletes＇ behavior.
