摘　　要：结合工程设计实践,介绍了美国雷泰(Raytek)公司CS200回转窑胴体温度非接触式红外扫描计算机工业监测系统的功能和工作原理,该系统实现了对回转窑胴体表面温度、窑体转速的实时监测,是防止回转窑胴体和窑衬损坏的可靠监测设备。Combined with engineering design practice,the paper introduces functions and working principle of CS200 rotary kiln body temperature non-contact infrared scanning computer industrial monitoring system from American Raytek Company.Realtime monitoring on rotary kiln body surface temperature and kiln body rotating speed are achieved by this system,which is reliable monitoring equipment to prevent damaging rotary kiln body and kiln lining.
