摘　　要：安全文化素养是核能界针对两次严重事故后总结提出的新概念新举措,并适用于辐射安全领域。本文在分析安全文化素养概念的基础上,结合我国的辐射安全现状,着重探析辐射安全文化素养建设的必要性、要求及应用发展,并对医疗行业中存在的问题进行了分析,对培育安全文化素养提出了几点个人的看法。Safety Culture is a new concept proposed following two serious nuclear accidents and applicable to radiation safety field. The article first analyzes the concept of safety culture and the needs and requirements for safety cuhure and its applications and development. The article also analyzes the problems existing in medicine and introduces some personal viewpoint about safety culture.
