摘  要:[目的]建立不同基因型苦瓜的离体植株再生体系。[方法]以大顶、英引和绿宝石苦瓜品种的子叶节为试材,探讨了不同苗龄、不同激素与浓度配比组合以及不同基因型对苦瓜离体形态发生的影响。[结果]在用苦瓜外植体直接诱导产生不定芽时,苗龄的影响最大,通过培养天数结合子叶颜色判断苗龄,发现培养10 d左右的苦瓜幼苗最适宜进行丛生芽的诱导;6-BA、ZT和NAA对丛生芽的诱导效果显著,仅在低浓度的配比就可获得良好诱导效果,以MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L和MS+ZT 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L的诱导效果较好;不同基因型苦瓜的丛生芽诱导情况虽有差异,但差异不大,以绿宝石的有效苗率最高。[结论]综合培养天数和子叶颜色判断外植体的苗龄有助于选择适宜外植体进行高效率的苦瓜丛生芽诱导。[ Objective] The aim was to establish in vitro plant regeneration system of Momordica charantia L. with different genotype. [ Method] With the cotyledon node of M. charantia varieties including Dading, Yingyin and Lubanshi as tested matenals, the effect of different seedling age, combinations of different hormones and their concn, ratio, as well as different genotypes on the generation of rnorphogenesis in vitro of M. charantia were discussed. [ Result ] When the M. charantia explant was used for inducing directly the generation of adventitious bud, the influence of seedling age was the biggest. When the secdling age was judged through cultivated days together with cotyledon color, it was discovered that the seedlings of M. charantia cultured for about 10 d were optimal for inducement of multiple shoot. 6-BA, ZT and NAA showed significant induction effect on clustered shoots, and the good induction effect could be attained only at the low concn, ratio, with better induction effect in MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L and MS + ZT 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L. Although there was some difference in clustered shoots induction of M. charantia with different genotype, the difference was less, and effective seedling rate of Lvubaoshi was the highest. [ Conclusion ] The judgment of explant seedling age by integration of cultivated days and cotyledon color was helpful to select appropriate explant for high-effective clustered shoots, induction of M. charantia.
