摘 要:[目的]探索不同日龄大白猪视黄酸γ基因的表达规律。[方法]以大白猪为试验材料,采用RT-PCR方法对其RARγ基因在1日龄9、0日龄1、80日龄2、70日龄和360日龄的心、肝、胃、脾、肾、肺、大肠、小肠、肌肉、子宫、卵巢共11个组织的表达情况进行了研究。[结果]在大白猪的整个生长发育期内,RARγ基因在其子宫和卵巢中持续表达,而且在子宫中的表达量一直持续较高,且不同组织间的表达量差异不明显。在360日龄时所检的11个组织均表达该基因,且表达量较高。[结论]该研究为进一步探讨RARγ基因在猪体内运载视黄酸过程中所起的作用及其他生理功能奠定了基础。The aim was to explore the expression rule of Yorkshire RARγ gene on different day ages. [Method] With Yorkshire pigs as tested material, the expression of RARγ gene in 11 tissues of Yorkshire heart, liver, stomach, spleen, kidney, lung, large intestine, small intestine, muscle, uterus and ovary on the day ages of 1 d, 90 d, 180 d, 270 d and 360 d were studied by RT-PCR method. [Result] In the whole development period of Yorkshire, RARγ gene was expressed in its uterus and ovary continuously and the expression level in the uterus was kept at higher level all the time, and the expression level in different tissues had no obvious difference. The gene was expressed in the 11 detected landrace tissues on 360 d age with higher expression level. [ Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the further discussion of the role of the RARγ gene playing in the process of carrying retinoie acid in the pig body and other physiological fimefion.
