摘 要:[目的]研究不同播期条件下怀牛膝的产量和品质差异,为怀牛膝高产优质栽培提供理论依据和技术支持。[方法]设计了7月15,20,25,30日和8月4日5个播期,3次重复,采用随机区组试验,分别用高效液相法和苯酚硫酸比色法测定怀牛膝中齐墩果酸和多糖含量。[结果]收获时,各播期的生物产量为:7月25日>7月15日>7月30日>7月20日>8月4日;多糖和齐墩果酸的含量随播期的推迟而减少,但单株的含量却有所不同,以8月25日播期中齐墩果酸的含量最高,7月15日播期中的多糖含量最高。[结论]对于以主用齐墩果酸的牛膝而言7月25日播种较为合适;主用多糖的则以7月15日播种较为适宜。[Objective] The experiment was conducted to study the differences of quantity and quality of Achyranthes bidentata under different sowing time. [Method] Five sowing times were designed, including july 15^th, july 20^th, july 25^th, july 30^th, August 4^th. Three times were repeated, using random test group. HPLC phenol and sulfuric acid were used respectively to measure the content of Achyranthes oleanolic acid and polysaccharide. [ Result ] The results showed that the biological yield under different sowing time was in order: july 25^th 〉 july 15^th 〉 july 30^th 〉 july 20^th 〉 August 4^th.Tne content of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides and oleanolic acid varied with the sowing time, but it was different in signal contents. The oleanolic acid was the highest in july 25^th and the Achyrantbes bidentata polysaccharides was the highest in july 15^th. [Conclusion] So july 25^th sowing time was suitable for mostly using the oleanolic aci of Achryanthes bidentata, and july 15^th sowing time was suitable for mostly using the polysaccharides of Achyranthes bidentata.
