主成分分析法与熵值法结合用于土地集约利用评价——以徐州市为例

摘　　要：借鉴国内外相关土地集约利用评价指标体系,以徐州市为例,建立了3级9个指标的评价指标体系。运用主成分分析法简化了评价指标体系,使其指标个数由9个降为3个;利用熵值法确定了简化后各新指标的权重;同时,运用多因素综合评价法对徐州各县(市)的土地集约利用状况进行了具体评价,并与徐州市区进行了比较,发现徐州市区的土地集约利用程度明显高于各县(市)。Taking Xuzhou as an example, nsing the related land intensive utilization evaluation index system at home and abroad for reference, the evaluation index system including 3 grades, 9 indices was established. This evaluation index system was simplified by using principal component analysis to reduce the index number from nine to three. The weight of each new index after simplification was determined by using entropy value method. At the same tirns, the intensive utilization situations of land in each county （city） of Xuzhou were concretely evaluated by using multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and compared with that in the urban district of Xuzhou. It was found that the land intensive utilization degree of the urban district of Xuzhou was obvionsly higher than that in each county （city）.
